Meet Carley Rae. This born and raised Las Vegas native combines her love for the industry with her passion for educating in the real estate market. Before getting into the real estate business in 2017, she was in fine dinning service at Caesars Palace. Carley was the only Female Captain in the 50 years of the company and translated her attention for detail and high level of service into her real estate carrier. Meet Laura Herman. This Iowa born farm girl turned city girl in 1989 when she moved to Las Vegas to pursue her design degree. She was apart of many luxurious woman's boutiques until opening a lighting company with her husband in 2005. Laura changed paths from lighting the Las Vegas strip to lighting up the world of real estate in 2020. She has lived on all 4 corners of our city and can get you anywhere in "15 mins"! I was born and raised in Wisconsin until I relocated to Las Vegas 10 years ago. Upon my first visit to Las Vegas, I felt a real sense of community which also launched my interest in real estate. Though I am just beginning my real estate journey now, I have been following the market ever since and played a role in the relocation of friends and family members to the state these past few years.
